4:00 - Rehearsal
For those of you in the wedding ceremony (bridesmaids, groomsmen, readers, celebrant) who are in town by this time, we will have a short rehearsal at the View Point Inn. We will be in touch with you to coordinate carpooling and to provide directions.

5:30 - Welcome Party
All guests are invited to join us at a lovely local park to kick the weekend off to a great start over BBQ and drinks. The park is approximately 10 minutes away from the Hotel Lucia. We suggest carpooling for the short trip over to ensure that everyone finds a parking space near the picnic site.
Directions from the Hotel Lucia to Washington Park, Site C:
You should try to park on Lewis Clark Way. If all the spaces on Lewis Clark Way are taken, veer left onto SW Sacajawea Blvd (past the statue, in front of the reservoir) and park on that street. If there are no spaces available on Sacajawea Blvd, turn right back onto SW Park Pl and park on the street, hopefully not too far down the hill. From there, you can walk up the steps through the rose garden to the monument which is next to the picnic site.

- Head south on SW Broadway toward SW Washington St (180 ft)
- Turn right at SW Washington St (0.3 mi)
- Turn right at SW 14th Ave (174 ft)
- Turn left at W Burnside St (0.6 mi)
- Turn left at SW St Clair Ave, before the Chevron station (0.1 mi)
- Turn right at SW Park Pl (0.2 mi)
- Turn right at SW Lewis Clark Way

3:30 - Buses to View Point Inn
Buses will pick you up from the front door of the Hotel Lucia and take you to the site of our ceremony and reception, the View Point Inn. They will leave at 3:45, so please be prompt!
4:15 - Wedding Ceremony
5:00 - Cocktail Hour, Dinner, & Dancing
10:00 - Buses to Hotel Lucia
Buses will pick you up from the View Point Inn and return you to the front door of the Hotel Lucia.
3:30 - Buses to View Point Inn
Buses will pick you up from the front door of the Hotel Lucia and take you to the site of our ceremony and reception, the View Point Inn. They will leave at 3:45, so please be prompt!
